Accent Care is seeking an LVN/LPN for a full-time home health role in Ormond Beach. Under RN supervision, you will provide direct patient care across pediatric to geriatric patients, with a Mon-Fri schedule and weekend on-call rotation.
Salary ranges from $57,000 to $64,000 plus a $5,000 bonus, depending on experience. Required are LVN/LPN licensure in the state, at least 1 year of LVN/LPN experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license to travel between locations.
