Department Manager

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts every week and supervise departments to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.;
Manage departments (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management) including setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience and that promotions are executed, and staff are trained in service procedures; organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru.;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly, is safe, and manages food cost; train kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items.;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate staff.
