This is a full-time role with a schedule that varies within business hours to accommodate delivery volumes and customer needs. You will work weekdays and weekends, with shifts scheduled according to business demand.

Responsibilities

As a Delivery Coordinator – Walk Thru Specialist, you will start your day by confirming appointments with customers and coordinating with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure each RV is ready. You will greet customers upon arrival, walk them through their new RV step by step, and confidently demonstrate all features so they feel excited and prepared for their next adventure.

Throughout the process, you will verify that each unit has passed its Pre-Delivery Inspection, is fully prepped and cleaned, and all delivery paperwork is completed accurately. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, expertly handling their questions and identifying opportunities to suggest helpful products that enhance their RV experience. Your day will also include inspecting units, communicating updates across departments, following up on outstanding items post-delivery, and adapting to any schedule changes as needed.

You may occasionally move between office, loading, and storage areas and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of RVs and their systems
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Close attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple deliveries and deadlines simultaneously
  • Problem‑solving skills and adaptability to schedule changes
  • Professional demeanor with customers
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, documentation)
  • Ability to lift and move light to moderate items (typically up to 25–50 lbs)
  • Visual ability to read screens, labels, and documents
  • Comfortable working outdoors and moving between different work areas
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check
Preferred
  • Experience in RV, automotive, or delivery coordination
  • Experience working with customers in a service or sales environment
  • Familiarity with PDI processes and vehicle/unit delivery
