Position
The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for driving studio sales/memberships and studio operations.

- Monday to Friday

- AA or BS in Exercise Science or Athletic Training or a related field with Anatomy & Physiology coursework
- Fitness industry experience
- Sales experience or willingness to learn sales
- Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
- Well organized and self-directed team player
- Good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information
- Detail oriented individual
- Strategic contributor in long and short range strategic planning
- Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship
- Drive studio revenue through membership sales
- Lead generation including grass roots marketing and networking
- Proficiency in Club Ready, including revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Google applications, social media, email
- Lead and work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
