Superior Fence & Rail is a fence industry leader that is currently seeking an experienced Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire. This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant.
No cold calling - leads are supplied through partnerships with multiple home builders and general contractors. Massive sales advantage on competitors.
Paid training. Average compensation is $72K to $100K per year. Laptop, phone, vehicle/gas card will be provided. Territory is Volusia County and Flagler County, FL.
Job Responsibilities- Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete required training
- Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products
- Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up
- Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals
- Prior Fence Sales is Preferred but not required
- Prior outside sales experience is Required
- College degree in a related field preferred
- Ability to work some weekends and evenings
- Pass drug screening and background investigation (no felony convictions)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and listening skills
- Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust/respect from subordinates and supervisors
- Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
- Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G-Suite)
- Valid Florida DL, clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Polished and professional in demeanor
- Possess previous outside sales experience, strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, integrity, and a desire for high commission.
