About the Role- Estimated first‑year earnings range: $50,000 - $70,000
- Uncapped commission and earnings.
- Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.
- Sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise.
- Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
- Generate leads via walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting.

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
- At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement available.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
- Experience working in a CRM preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills for a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
