Candidates selected for Frontline Sales may be hired unlicensed but must obtain their Florida Real Estate License within 90 days. Licensed candidates are strongly preferred. Compensation- Frontline Sales Representatives can earn up to 18% commission
- In-House Sales Representatives can earn up to 17% commission

Frontline Sales Representative Qualifications- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Florida Real Estate License preferred
Work directly with existing owners to maximize ownership value and enhance their vacation ownership experience.
In-House Sales Representative Qualifications- Active Florida Real Estate License required
- Previous In-House Sales experience required
- Vacation ownership experience preferred
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills
