Sales Counselor

Estimated first‑year earnings range: $50,000‑$70,000. Uncapped commission and earnings. Training pay at $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.

This position sells pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise. The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Leads are generated through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting.

Full‑time

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred in Business, Marketing or Sales.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) required.
• Experience with a CRM preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Availability to work holidays, evenings and weekends.
