This is a full-time position requiring availability for varied shifts
, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As our Recreational Sales Consultant, you'll greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through product selections using clear communication and product knowledge. You'll drive sales by recommending solutions, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Daily responsibilities will include restocking merchandise, assisting with inventory management, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
• Basic math, cash-handling, and POS proficiency
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new products and systems
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 kg
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Vocational or college-level coursework in business, marketing, or a related field, previous retail, sales, or customer service experience, and experience handling cash, POS systems, or basic inventory tasks are a plus!
