Experienced Painter

• 1+ year of painting experience
• Physical ability to safely navigate the Florida heat and humidity, ladders, and scaffolding
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Spraying experience would be a plus!

Pay: $18-$24 per hour based on experience level, plus a $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after your first full week and $250 after 3 months)

This is a full-time position with shifts typically Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM, with occasional weekends or adjusted hours, starting from a central meeting location before traveling to job sites.

As our Experienced Painter, you'll start your day meeting with the team before heading to job sites, where you'll transform surfaces from rough to refined. From carefully caulking, spackling, and sanding to preparing spaces with masking and pressure washing, you'll ensure every surface is ready for a flawless finish. You'll apply your expertise using rolling, brushing, and possibly spray application, creating clean, polished results that reflect true craftsmanship.
