• 3 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• 2 + years of residential HVAC experience in service, sales, or lead installs.
• E‑PA certification.
• Clean driving record.
• Solid work ethic and customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to commute to Ormond Beach.

• EPA Universal Certification (Required).
• Driver's License (Required).

• 10‑hour shift.
• 8‑hour shift.
• On‑call.

• Commission pay.
