Care Coordinator; Medical Receptionist​/PSR

Pro Active Physical Therapy-Tucson, a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team!

You’ll Achieve Success By:

• Managing front desk operations
  , including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service.
• Verifying insurance coverage
  , processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation.
• Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment.

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Basic office and customer service skills
• Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
