Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen areas, and utensils in sanitary condition;
Washes pots, pans, and trays and ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation;
Polish silver using appropriate equipment and procedures to maintain shine;
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels;
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas and load/unload as needed
