Required Skills- Up to 5 years of manufacturing experience or relevant work history
- Ability to follow detailed specifications and work instructions
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork
- Proficiency with industry tools and basic software applications
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively
- Prior experience working specifically as a manufacturing operator
- Knowledge of specialized manufacturing equipment or software
- Prior experience working the night shift or in a similar 3rd shift environment
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience highly valued
