* Job Description:

** - Join a dedicated team providing exceptional care to adult psychiatric patients! - Utilize the Nursing Process in alignment with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.

- Display critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to ensure safe and effective delivery of care.

- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development.

- Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff.

- Provide direction and supervision to personnel delivering patient care.

- Enjoy a dynamic work environment with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 9:1.

- Shift hours:
Nights 1900 - 0730, working three 12-hour shifts per week.

- Commitment to rotating weekends for a well-rounded experience.

- 13-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours of work per week.

- Required qualifications:

- Active Arizona nursing license - BLS certification - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Psych/Behavioral Health - Cerner experience is a plus - Dress in navy scrubs as part of our professional attire.
