Position: CHS Travel:
Registered Nurse (RN) / Inpatient Rehab Unit
Provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, focusing on patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs.
- Develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications.
- Monitor progress.
- Collaborate with the rehab team.
- Support patients in regaining independence.
3/12s (1900‑0730), rotating weekends.
Additional Requirements- Willingness to float to Med/Surg Unit and Sister Hospitals.
- Must have AZ RN License, BLS certification.
- Minimum 2+ years of Hospital Rehab Experience.
