Research Associate III - Assay Development

We are seeking a Research Associate II to support research, development, and laboratory operations through experimental design, execution, data analysis, and technical reporting. This role will contribute to scientific projects by generating high-quality data, troubleshooting laboratory challenges, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on laboratory experience, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Design, execute, and analyze laboratory experiments with minimal supervision.
• Interpret experimental results and provide technical input to support project objectives.
• Prepare technical reports, protocols, summaries, presentations, and quantitative analyses.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation in accordance with applicable quality and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot experimental issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and problem-solving.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and innovation efforts.
• Train and support colleagues while promoting quality-focused laboratory practices.
• Utilize sound scientific judgment to select appropriate methods and techniques for complex experimental challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
• 4-6 years of relevant laboratory or research experience.
• Hands-on experience with common laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Strong data analysis, documentation, and technical reporting skills.
• Ability to review scientific literature and apply findings to research activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Experience working within regulated laboratory environments.
• Familiarity with quality systems, laboratory documentation practices, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with Agile or similar project planning and reporting methodologies.
