Research Associate III

We are seeking a Research Associate III to support research, development, and laboratory operations through the design, execution, and analysis of scientific experiments. This role will contribute to project objectives by generating high-quality data, providing technical expertise, and supporting regulated research and development activities.

• Design, execute, and interpret laboratory experiments supporting research, development, and manufacturing programs.
• Prepare technical reports, protocols, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
• Present experimental results and contribute to project planning and scientific discussions.
• Apply scientific literature and technical expertise to support problem-solving and research objectives.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, electronic files, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, quality, and laboratory safety requirements.
• Support project execution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Independently manage assigned experiments and research activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline;
  Master's degree with limited relevant experience may be considered.
• 4-6 years of relevant laboratory or research experience.
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing laboratory experiments.
• Strong technical writing, data analysis, and scientific communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and quality standards.

• Experience working in regulated laboratory environments.
• Familiarity with GMP, GLP, Design Control, or related quality systems.
• Experience supporting research, development, manufacturing, or product development programs.
• Experience reviewing scientific literature and troubleshooting experimental challenges.
