Research Associate - PHCS

We are seeking a Research Associate I to support research, development, and laboratory operations through the execution of scientific experiments and laboratory studies. This role will contribute to project goals by generating high-quality data, maintaining laboratory documentation, and supporting regulated research activities.

• Conduct laboratory experiments and scientific studies in support of research, development, and manufacturing programs.
• Execute and analyze experiments using established methods and protocols.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and supporting documentation.
• Present experimental results and contribute to project team discussions.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, electronic files, and data documentation.
• Review scientific literature to support research activities and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, laboratory safety, and quality requirements.
• Support project objectives while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
• 0-2 years of relevant laboratory or research experience.
• Experience executing and documenting laboratory experiments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and scientific communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and quality standards.

• Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment.
• Familiarity with GMP, GLP, quality systems, or laboratory compliance practices.
• Experience supporting research, development, manufacturing, or product development programs.
• Experience reviewing scientific literature and interpreting experimental data.
