Execute the Manager In Charge (MIC) success routine to ensure that all Team Members complete their shift tasks for their assigned responsibilities.;
Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders; resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.;
Provide regular feedback to the Restaurant Manager on the performance of Team Members; participate in training and coach Team Members; handle conflicts to resolution.;
Assist Restaurant Manager in screening Team Member candidates.;
Lead a strong shift team and customer-facing operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
