Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks

• Install, repair, or replace home fixtures

• Complete painting and drywall repairs

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in similar maintenance roles

• Familiarity with tools and repair materials

• A valid driver’s license is essential
