Orono, MN 2445 Shadywood Road Navarre, MN 55392, USA

This role supports multiple Bridgewater Bank branches by providing client service coverage and ensuring consistent delivery of the bank’s retail banking experience. It is a float position that requires travel across the Twin Cities metro area.

Hours:

8:15 AM to 4:45 PM
*** No weekends
*** Travel stipend is available.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Opens, renews, and redeems all types of deposit accounts
  • Responds to online requests for bill payments, ACH, wire transfers, etc.
  • Acts as back-up to Client Specialist role as necessary
  • Ensures clients are aware of the products and services available to them and promotes BWB specialty products (remote deposit, online bill-pay, mobile banking, etc.)
  • Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure sales growth and customer retention
  • Make monthly calls to welcome new clients and follow up on previous requests
  • Maintains an understanding of security policies and procedures
  • Provides input and suggestions for new service and product ideas
  • Adhere to the bank’s policies, procedures, security requirements and government regulations including (but not limited to) BSA
  • Positively represent the bank in all interactions with clients, coworkers, and vendors
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of Retail Banking experience
  • Flexibility to travel within designated region (travel stipend available).
  • Strong adaptability across different branches and team environments.
  • Proven sales and business development skills
  • Knowledge of ITI, EZ Teller, and currency management
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $43,000 - $50,000. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
