Express Employment is looking for a Customer Service Specialist. This position is temporary and about 3 months or longer.
Pay: $19.50/Hour
Work Hours: M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Oroville, CA

Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and assist customers in person
- Provide accurate information on billing, rates, accounts, and services
- Resolve customer questions, process payments, and update account records
- Maintain records, enter data, and complete general clerical tasks
- Coordinate with coworkers to ensure timely customer service
- Handle special account issues, including delinquent accounts, bankruptcies, and escrow inquiries
- Participate in customer service and safety training
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 1 year of current office experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and basic of computer functionality.
