We are a warm, resident centered 48bed facility where every team member is valued. Our NOC shift offers a unique opportunity to build meaningful connections, take charge with confidence, and be a vital part of ensuring our residents rest safely and comfortably through the night.

• Oversee the nursing team during the AM, PM, or NOC shift
• Provide compassionate, high quality clinical care
• Ensure resident safety and respond promptly to needs
• Complete assessments, documentation, and medication administration
• Support CNAs and maintain strong teamwork
• Help continue our mission of delivering exceptional resident care

• Current RN license in California
• At least 1 year of experience
• Skilled nursing or longterm care experience a plus (but not required!)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Compassion, reliability, and a resident first mindset
• Someone who enjoys working independently and confidently at night
