• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately during retail sales transactions.
• Handle cash drawer operations, including cash handling, balancing registers, and reconciling sales at shift end.
• Upsell products and promote store promotions or product demos to enhance sales opportunities.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain an attractive and organized store appearance.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
• Assist with merchandising efforts by setting up displays and ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date for effective customer assistance.

• Proficiency in POS systems, cash register operations, and basic retail math for accurate transactions.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Previous supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for supporting team efforts.
• Ability to perform retail math calculations quickly for cash handling and sales totals.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and upselling techniques to maximize sales.
• Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
