Room Leader (Level
3) – Bromley – Up to £33,000

The nursery provides childcare and early years education for children from three months through to pre-school age, with learning through play at the centre of daily practice. You will take responsibility for leading a room, guiding staff practice, and maintaining consistent standards in line with the EYFS.

• This role requires experience as a Room Leader in an early years setting.
• Applicants must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• This position is not suitable for candidates without room leadership experience.
• Salary: Up to £33,00

• Proven experience as a Room Leader
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
• Confidence leading a team and overseeing daily routines
• Additional training in early years leadership or safeguarding

• Lead daily practice within your assigned room
• Support and guide practitioners to maintain consistent care standards
• Plan and deliver activities aligned with the EYFS
• Monitor children’s development through observation and assessment
• Maintain a safe, secure, and organised environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and the wider nursery team
