Position: After School Club Support
After-School Club Support Workers & Activity Leads – Bromley & Orpington

Teacher Active is recruiting After-School Club Support Workers and Activity Leads to work in primary schools across Bromley and Orpington.

This role is perfect for people who enjoy working with children and creating fun, engaging activities in a safe and supportive environment.

Typical Working Hours
After-school shifts usually run between 2pm–5pm or 3pm–6pm, Monday to Friday.

The Role

Supporting children during after-school club sessions

Leading or assisting with activities such as sports, games, arts & crafts, and creative play

Encouraging participation and positive behaviour

Helping create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for all children

Requirements

Experience working with children (school, childcare, sports coaching, clubs, etc.)

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

Enthusiastic, reliable, and confident working with groups of children

Ability to support or lead structured activities
