Job Title: Billing Coordinator
Location: Orrville, OH (on-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $40,000 – $46,000 (based on experience)

• Reconcile delivery paperwork and process wholesale delivery and billing transactions
• Manage deliveries and reconcile inventory records for accuracy
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding delivery documentation and billing needs
• Process freight deliveries, payments, and billing functions while maintaining vendor cost data

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated, organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing invoices and customer documentation
