Position: Office / Administrative assistant

Job Overview

Serpentini of Orrville is seeking an administrative assistant to support the office team in various tasks including applying for vehicle incentives and warranty reimbursement from GM, basic accounts receivable and payable, and backing up the title clerk and cashier's office. The position offers full-time (40 hours) or part-time (20 hours) options with salary ranges of $36,000–$48,000 annually for full time or hourly $15–$17 for part time.

The company provides training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Apply for new vehicle incentives and warranty reimbursement from GM.
  • Perform basic accounts receivable and payable functions.
  • Back up the title clerk and cashier's office as needed.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Provide quality writing and grammar usage as part of daily tasks.
