The hourly rate for this position at Scotts/Hawthorne ranges between $20.70 and $28.10 per hour, paid weekly. Pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Responsibilities- Maintain all leased office equipment profiles across multiple locations.
- Negotiate lease options, rates, and terms to present lowest cost/best benefit options to management for approval.
- Partner closely with Facilities to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of the building.
- Manage corporate telephone system, including greetings, recordings, and the internal phone directory.
- Manage meeting room calendars and post daily schedules.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and vendor relationships to ensure lowest cost providers.
- Coordinate with Finance for purchase order processing, invoicing, insurance certificates, and annual insurance reviews.
- Oversee company phone and car programs for compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure all hardware, software, building, and system access for their first day of work.
- Coordinate servicing of all technology and ensure company devices are secured.
- Maintain company contracts, insurance certificates, and legal documents in a secure location.
- Manage corporate calling card program nationally to ensure enrollment of required users.
- Assist in production and processing of events, donations, and promotional materials, including assembly and shipment of corporate garden bags/gift baskets.
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
