Logistics 2nd Shift Hook & Weigh (3:00pm-11:30pm)

Location:

Orrville, OH | Wage: $34.91/hr after training period

• Ensure all trailers are properly spotted at loading/unloading docks.
• Seal trailers coming from dock doors before moving them to the drop lot.
• Maintain an organized drop lot to ensure efficient flow of traffic.
• Responsible for drop lot trailer inventories through cycle counts.
• Properly maintain necessary equipment.
• Safely operate equipment and maintain required licensing (CDL).
• Qualify on step-up card.
• Complete all other assigned jobs and adjust to meet department and plant needs.
• Attend team, department, and plant meetings; handle shift overlap with incoming/outgoing team members.
• Provide and receive performance feedback via team scorecard.
• Be accountable for the team’s scorecard results and plant policies and procedures.

• Current commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Step-up card qualification.
