Finance & Accounting Intern

Hybrid – onsite a minimum of 9 days a month, primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; possibly more as business needs require.

• Receive personalized training and assist with reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Analyze results to explain performance drivers.
• Support forecasting and budgeting.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Streamline processes using data tools and translate analysis into actionable insights for decision‑makers.
• Contribute meaningful work alongside analysts, managers, directors, and executives.
• Develop an overall understanding of corporate finance.
• Take on work assignments across a variety of finance departments.

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing in school with requisite educational experience in accounting, finance, actuarial science, analytics, statistics, economics, mathematics or another relevant field.
• Strong time‑management, attention to detail, written and oral communication, teamwork skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.

• Competitive compensation package: $19 – $24.50/hr (actual hourly rate determined based on the year of college that will be completed at the start of the internship).
