Lead Business Analyst (12‑month Hybrid Contract)

Location: Orrville, OH (Hybrid) –
Contract Type: W2 Contractor –
Pay: $65‑$75/hr.

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Contribute to the design of new systems or modifications to existing ones, ensuring they meet business needs and technical feasibility.
• Manage follow‑ups, ensuring they are documented with the correct owner on the RAID and shepherd tasks to completion.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements documents, use cases/user stories, and test scripts.
• Identify and resolve issues related to system functionality, data quality, and project implementation.
• Analyze and optimize business processes, recommending improvements through technology solutions.
• Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders, providing regular updates and feedback.
• Address and resolve conflicting requirements that arise within the team, maintaining a productive work environment.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies and Agile practices.
• Knowledge of database concepts and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with relevant IT tools and technologies.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
• Comfortable facilitating cross‑functional meetings and building consensus.

• Analytics projects.
• Azure Dev Ops, Spotfire, Databricks, Tableau, Service Now, Git Hub, Atlan.
• SOX Compliance Requirements and Testing Considerations.
• Exposure to data governance best practices.
