Detailed requirements:

JMS New Process Requirements Gathering, Documentation and Communication:

• Foundational understanding of Data Sciences space
• Work closely and collaborate with JMS team members
• High technical acumen – able to communicate non-technical requirements to technical staff
• Schedules and Facilitates cross team process discussions
• Documents and communicates process flows to JMS team members
• Works within the scope of the project
• Primary point of contact for developers regarding requirements / design clarifications

Jira Tasks:

• Comfortable working on an Agile project
• Manages the product backlog and actively refines tasks as needed
• Develop exit criteria for items on the Kanban board

Training Material:

• Develop training material as identified [See Appendix Example]

Team Work:

• Communicate road blocks back to team
• Work closely with the communication team on content needed for share outs
• Good cultural fit
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Nice to have but not required:

• JIRA
