Project Statement:
Implement people, process, and technology to comply with US state and federal legislation pertaining to data privacy. Focus areas of this project are
1) Cookie Consent
2) Consent Preference Management,
3) Data Mapping and Inventory,
4) Consumer Data Subject Access Requests,
5) Privacy Risk Assessment.
Business Objective:
Minimize risk of non-compliance with state and US federal law
Detailed Requirements:
The Project Technical Lead is accountable for the delivery of the project technical solution, solution support plan and project environment plan. They are NOT accountable for writing code or unit tests. In addition, they will have the following key responsibilities:
- Creates and manages solution development plan & technical WBS:
Leads technical meetings with development team | Manages technical work assigned to contractors/consultants | Communicates the percentage complete for work assigned to team - Mentors developers on project team
- Creates project environment plan
- Develops solution support plan
- Maintains clear communication of technical solutions to business
- Attends project meetings/work sessions discussing the technical needs of the implementation to gain full knowledge of both One Trust and JMS requirements
- Works with Project Leads, Business Lead, and implementation partner to dictate requirements and key business processes, as informed by the HLSD & architect POV
- Take initiative to get familiar with One Trust as well as the technical needs of JMS related to Consumer Data Privacy compliance
Technical
Skills:
Data integration experience (preferably PII, or other sensitive data experience), ETL, Python, SQL, AWS Cloud (Glue, SQS/SNS, Redshift, Athena, etc). Technical project management (SDLC, WBS development, Technical Documentation Development). Experience reverse engineering existing enterprise applications. Experience developing Cloud architectures following micro-service and/or API-based design patterns. Demonstrated success working with legacy systems, re-platforming applications, working with big data, working with sensitive data, 3rd-party integrations.
Non-Technical/Professional
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral). Demonstrated success leading others/holding others accountable/working across an organization.
