Works on paint line loading/unloading product on a continuous moving production line to assure the uninterrupted flow of product onto and off the line.
RequirementsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- 90 - 95% Fills containers with prescribed quantities of parts, hangs parts for economical paint processing. Loads or unloads painted articles to and from paint system. Racks work pieces on conveyors; and inspects, marks, and transfers finished pieces to shipping containers.
- 5%-10% Cleans work area. Performs other routine duties.
Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
