Assembler – 1st Shift – $21/hr – Orrville, OH

Alliance Industrial Solutions is urgently hiring Assemblers for a hands‑on manufacturing opportunity in Orrville, OH. This is a great fit for candidates with experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, general labor, hand tools, or power tools.

Assemblers will help build, test, inspect, and prepare ventilation system products for shipment in a clean, team‑oriented manufacturing environment.

Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–3:00 PM
Overtime: Available on Fridays

• Assemble ventilation system products using hand tools and power tools
• Build, test, inspect, and palletize finished products for shipment
• Follow work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures
• Perform quality checks and identify basic assembly issues
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Support production, manufacturing, and warehouse teams as needed

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
• Electronic assembly experience is a plus
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions
• High school diploma or GED preferred
