• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure our guests' comfort and independence

• Provide personal care and support, including toileting, transferring, and ambulating, as needed

• Assist with medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and other nursing tasks under the supervision of licensed nurses

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with our guests, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Participate in care planning and implementation, including reporting changes in a guest's condition and status

• Maintain accurate and timely records of care and communication
