Kids for the Future seeks a Mast Division Quality Assurance Engineer to plan, direct, supervise and execute manufacturing QA activities. The role supports engineering and liaises with customers on quality matters, and drives deployment of the Will Burt Quality Management System and continuous improvement initiatives.
The position requires an Associate's degree and familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100, plus experience in quality planning, nonconformance investigations, and metrics reporting.
