Serpentini Chevrolet of Orrville – Sales Position

We are looking for a high-performance, positive sales person for a 5-day work week (closed Sundays and holidays). Unlimited income potential and a 3-month guarantee of performance. This role does not require prior car sales experience; customer experience is preferred and comprehensive training will be provided.

• Exhibit consultative selling skills by asking questions and listening carefully to customers’ responses.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle, including discussing product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Use objection-handling techniques and thrive in sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to every shift.
