- $25–$35 per hour base pay
(based on experience) - Performance-based bonuses
- Total compensation can exceed $130,000 per year
- Overtime available (not forced)
- Diagnose,service, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps)
- Clearly explain findings and options to homeowners
- Make honest, professional recommendations — no pressure tactics
- Perform clean, high-quality work you’re proudof
- Complete accurate digitalservice documentation

- Full-time, steady work all year
- Reasonable, clearly defined on-call rotation
- Localservice area — no long, unpredictable drives
- Well-run dispatch that respects your time
- 3+ years residential HVACservice experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- EPA certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and communication skills
