Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Construction and Maintenance Technician III in Orrville/Athens, OH. The role leads crews in safe operation, installation, and maintenance of gas system infrastructure, handling emergencies and mentoring junior technicians. A CDL-B and Haz Mat readiness are required.
Primarily outdoor field work with weekend/on-call rotation. Strong knowledge of gas distribution, tape into budgeting and forecasting, and use of work order systems.
