Aire Serv of Northeast Ohio is hiring an Experienced HVAC Lead Installer to run residential install projects and mentor a helper. You will install split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and thermostats to code, while maintaining homeowner communication and safety.
The role includes pay incentives, a longevity bonus, and opportunities to advance with ongoing training and scheduling typically 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional weekend installs.
