Warehouse Associate

Minutemen Direct is recruiting for Warehouse Associates for a large logistics warehouse in Wooster, OH. These positions are Direct Hire Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm. Pay is $16.00 per hour to start. Positions come with a full benefits package.

• Read customer orders/shipping orders to determine items to be moved, weighed, or distributed.
• Move materials from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
• Use of forklift, pallet jack, or by hands.
• Assist in shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, and scanning orders.
• RF scanner experience.
• Use approved packing materials and procedures to neatly and safely pack customer orders.

• Good solid work history in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift, pallet jack skills.
• RF Scanner experience.
• Willingness to go the extra mile.
• Working in a team environment.
• Detail oriented.
