Shipping​/Warehouse Associate - Ventrac

Shift and Pay

First shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay: $20 per hour. Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500, paid within your first six months of employment.

The Shipping/Warehouse Associate is responsible for pulling, verifying, packaging and shipping whole good orders. Duties include staging shipments, producing bill of ladings, scheduling, dispatching and loading of trucks and containers. Other duties include restocking and labeling inventory, monitoring the Kanban cards in the warehouse, securing loads appropriately for shipping, and maintaining warehouse organization. Flex to the parts warehouse department as the business demands shift.

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Internet, etc.).
• Ability to read and follow shipping instructions.
• Ability to operate forklift and overhead hoist safely.
• Flexibility with work schedule and overtime hours.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. regularly and bend, squat, walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent.

• 1–3 years of applicable work experience.
• 2+ years forklift experience.
