A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to make a meaningful impact over the  school year. This contract role, based near Orting, WA, involves providing comprehensive psychological services to students on a full-time, in-person basis. Working approximately 37 hours per week from late August 2026 through mid-June 2027, you'll collaborate with educators and families to support student development and well-being.

Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and assessment tools
  • Experience conducting psycho educational assessments and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Prior experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments
  • Interpret testing results and provide recommendations for instructional and behavioral strategies
  • Develop and participate in IEP meetings, contributing to intervention planning
  • Offer crisis intervention services and support student behavioral health
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to foster a positive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established timelines
  • Stay current with best practices and professional development in the field
