We’re partnering with a welcoming, tight-knit school district in Washington to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. With fewer than 3,000 students enrolled, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a smaller, community-focused setting.
Position Highlights- Full-time, on-site role
- 36-week school year schedule
- Small district environment with strong team support
- CFY's are encouraged to apply, supervision provided by district
- Ranging from $55- $65/hour (W2)
- Weekly pay
- Travel stipends available for eligible candidates
- Full Tact Staff benefits package
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and develop IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
- Active Washington SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- School-based experience required
- Strong familiarity with IEPs and school processes
