Surrogate Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, candidates should:

• Be 21–36 years old

• Have a BMI under 32

• Have had at least one healthy pregnancy and delivery

• Have had no more than 5 total deliveries and no more than 2 C-sections

• Be a non-smoker and drug-free

• Be in good physical and mental health

• Maintain a stable lifestyle and clean criminal record

• Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Surrogacy Support & Compensation

Qualified surrogates receive a comprehensive support and compensation package, including:

• $1,200 Screening Bonus

• $1,500 Legal Clearance Bonus

• Base compensation with total packages typically ranging from $60,000–$100,000+
