Qualifications:

• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience in Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) creation and implementation
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to work on site (in person)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Supervise one Behavior Technician (BT) in the implementation of a short-term plan
• Collaborate with school staff and leadership
