• Manage all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Ensure 100% compliance with policy and procedures and set a positive example for the crew.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, marketing, and profitability.
• Maintain store cleanliness, perfect image, and standards of operation.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Transport to/from work and perform any required transportation duties for the team.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.

• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stock ingredients from delivery to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
• Prepare food products according to recipes and quality standards.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide; and make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Maintain motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination for fast, accurate movements.

Work performed in varying indoor temperatures from 36° to 90° plus hot surfaces up to 500° or higher. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and fumes. Physical tasks include standing, walking, short distances, occasional lifting up to 50 lb, carrying up to 30 lb, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching up to 72 in above shoulder height. Tasks require good vision, hearing, and depth perception.

Workers must be able to handle hot and cold surfaces and maintain safety while operating equipment and tools.
